Kim - A Head Shot

This afternoon I had the pleasure of taking my friend Kim's head shots. We went to Union Station in downtown LA. We had such a great time except that there is no AC in Union Station. I'm warning you all now. I also wanted to say thank you to my crew, Eliza (The Thing Girl) and Paul (The S**t Guy). I could not have done it without you! Enjoy!

Meredith - A Head Shot

Yesterday I shot my friend Meredith's head shots in Old Town Pasadena. We had lots of fun catching up and running around Old Town. She's going to be huge so keep an eye out for her!

Mr. Turtle - A Neighbor

This weekend we discovered we have a new friend in the neighborhood. Hi name is Mr. Turtle. He makes his way down from the hills to search for water and then back up. Its a never ending journey. I grabbed a few shots of him before my neighbor took him to the pond. Bye Mr. Turtle, until next time!

Halloween - A Pumpkin Patch

On Sunday my neighbors, friends and I went to the Pumpkin Patch in San Fernando, CA to search for the perfect soon to be jack-o-lantern. It was a little too warm to be hunting for pumpkins, but I could not have asked for a better day. After we got our pumpkins, veggies from the farmers market and completed the corn maze, we made our way to the Bear Pit for some umm, umm good bar-b-que. Happy Halloween everyone!

Cafe Massilias - A Grand Opening

Cafe Massilia had their Grand Opening last week on Wednesday, October 8th. I was there to capture the fun, festivities, food and awards. The restaurant is now official so you all better go there and eat. It's the best French food you will ever have.

Nena - A Portrait

Today my bestest friend Nena asked me to take some photos of her to send back home to her family in Mississippi. Nena is one of the first friends I made when I moved to LA. She wanted something natural and laid back so we decided to shoot in my back yard. Here are some of my favorites. It was so hard to choose which ones to post because they all turned out amazing!

Mt. Baldy - A Hike

This past weekend a few friends of mine and I hiked to the summit of Mt. Baldy. The weather at sea level was grey and chilly, but as you can see we got past those clouds into some beautiful sunshine. The hike started at about 8000 ft. and ended around 10,000 ft. It was pretty hard, but well worth the challenge. Here are some fun shots of the trip.

The first one is of the group and how happy we were to be there and get started.

If you look at the top you can see the ski lodge we were taking the ski lift up to where we started our hike.

I declared this my Christmas Tree and I wanted to take it home.

Yup that's me. I am such the warrior.

The Boys.

The Girls.

I thought this area looked like it could be the cover to a Led Zeppelin album.

This is the beginning to the summit. Didn't take alot of pictures at the top because it was so cold and rainy.

Here is the not so happy group down from the mountain. We had a great time, but were ready to go home.
